DAY GLOW SKIN & BODY CARE REQUIRES A CARD ON FILE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT. 

We kindly ask for 48 hour’s notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less notice are subject to a charge of 100% of the appointment cost.
We understand that emergencies and illness can arise unexpectedly, and in those cases, of course, we will gladly waive the fee.

In the event a customer arrives up to 20 minutes late to their appointment, Day Glow Skin & Body Care reserves the right to shorten the appointment time, as to not cause the next appointment time to be tardy. 

In the event a customer arrives more than 20 minutes late to their appointment, Day Glow Skin & Body Care reserves the right to charge 100% of the total appointment cost and reschedule the appointment.
